1. Product Warranty Policy (As stated on the Warranty Card)

Yadea Cambodia provides a limited warranty on specific parts of our electric vehicles, starting from the date of purchase (as indicated on the warranty card). All warranties are calculated by time (Years/Months) or mileage (Kilometers), whichever comes first.

Warranty Coverage Details:

1. Vehicle Battery: Warranty for 2 Years or 20,000 km (whichever comes first).
2. Vehicle Motor: Warranty for 2 Years or 20,000 km (whichever comes first).
3. Vehicle Controller: Warranty for 1 Year or 10,000 km (whichever comes first).
4. Vehicle Speedometer (Gauge): Warranty for 1 Year or 10,000 km (whichever comes first).
5. Vehicle Converter: Warranty for 1 Year or 10,000 km (whichever comes first).
6. Vehicle Charger: Warranty for 6 Months or 5,000 km (whichever comes first).
7. Vehicle Frame: Warranty for 5 Years or 30,000 km (whichever comes first).

2. Additional Warranty Terms

To be eligible for warranty service:

• Customers must present the Original Warranty Card completely and accurately filled with the required information (Customer Name, Date of Purchase, Phone Number, Model, Frame Number, Motor Number, and License Plate Number).
• The Warranty Card must be validly stamped and signed by the company or an authorized dealer.
• Any unauthorized modification, repair not performed by Yadea’s official technical service department, or the use of non-original parts will void this warranty.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by traffic accidents, misuse, negligence, or natural disasters.

3. Account and Registration

• To access certain features on the website, you may need to register an account using your Phone Number or Telegram.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Pricing

• Product prices shown on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
• We accept payments via KHQR and other authorized payment methods. Orders will only be processed once payment confirmation is successful.

5. Intellectual Property
